This is North Carolina barbecue done with turkey instead of pork. It's actually quite similar in appearance and texture to regular pork barbecue, but it definitely tastes like turkey. The seasonings used are really excellent and helps to give that authentic taste! The turkey meat is refreshingly light and clean tasting compared to pork.
